Changed your mind?

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you want to return it, as long as the item is unopened and unused. Email info@trescents.com with your order number and we will confirm the return address. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us, in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you.

Once we receive the item we will refund you within 14 days, to the same payment method you used. Since delivery within Sweden is free, there is no delivery charge to refund.

What we cannot take back

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges of:

• Beard oil that has been opened or used
• Fragrance sets where the seal on the box has been broken

This is why we ask you to check the item before opening it if you are unsure.

Damaged or faulty items

This is separate from the 14 days above. If your order arrives damaged, or a product turns out to be faulty, contact us at info@trescents.com as soon as you notice it with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will replace it or refund it, including return postage. Your right to claim a faulty product is not limited to 14 days.
