Refund policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our sealed perfume boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the seal has been broken.

Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged due to transport. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at trescents@proton.me. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We do not offer returns for reasons such as personal scent preferences or change of mind.
